About Me

Hello everyone, my name is Elliot Depagter, founder and owner of TheSword Christian clothing brand.

With a deep love for fashion and a radical love for Jesus, I was inspired by the conversations that started simply because I chose to wear the Word of God. I saw how something as simple as a hoodie or crewneck could open the door to share the Gospel — and that's where TheSword was born.

I chose the name TheSword because the Word is our weapon. The sword of the Spirit is the Word of God — living, active, and powerful. Everything connects back to Scripture and to the mission of spreading the good news.

My passion is to share the love of Jesus through what I wear and to use every piece as an opportunity to plant a seed in someone's life. Whether it's encouragement, conviction, or curiosity — if it points someone to Christ, it's worth it.
